Jernigan Capital, Inc. outlined income for the second quarter of $ 0.04 per share, from the revenue of $ 11.67 million. The quarterly earnings dropped 93.85 percent while revenues raised 7.76 percent compared with the same quarter last year.
According to street consensus, JCAP was expected to report 2Q20 loss of $ 0.14 per share from revenue of $ 11.20 million. The bottom line results beat street analysts by $ 0.18 or 128.57 percent, at the same time, top line results outshined analysts by $ 0.47 million or 4.20 percent.
