Horace Mann Educators Corporation posted income for the second quarter of $ 0.67 per share, from the revenue of $ 314.90 million. The quarterly earnings expanded 294.12 percent while revenues reduced 30.25 percent compared with the same quarter last year.
According to street consensus, HMN was expected to report 2Q20 income of $ 0.39 per share from revenue of $ 329.75 million. The bottom line results beat street analysts by $ 0.28 or 71.79 percent, at the same time, top line results fell short of analysts by $ 14.85 million or 4.5 percent.
