Quarterly Results
CubeSmart recorded income for the second quarter of $ 0.41 per share, from the revenue of $ 163.80 million. The quarterly earnings fell 2.38 percent while revenues grew 3.01 percent compared with the same quarter last year.
The consensus estimates are income of $ 0.19 per share from $ 161.96 million in revenue. The bottom line results beat street analysts by $ 0.22 or 115.79 percent, at the same time, top line results outshined analysts by $ 1.84 million or 1.14 percent.
