BOK Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:BOKF) came out with its second quarter earnings results on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 before market open.

The financial products and services provider reported $ 0.92 income per share for the quarter, missed the consensus estimate of $ 1.12 income per share by $ 0.20 or 17.86 percent.

The quarterly earnings down 52.33 percent compared with the same quarter last year.

The firm had revenue of $ 510.80 million for the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $ 455.60 million. The revenues outshined analysts estimates by $ 55.20 million or 12.12 percent.

The financial report showed revenues expanded 11.65 percent versus second quarter of last year.

Steven G. Bradshaw, president and chief executive officer, commented: The second quarter, unlike any in recent memory, demonstrated the effectiveness of our diversified revenue model. Record quarters from both our Wealth Management and Mortgage businesses added more than $150 million to fee revenue this quarter, eclipsing our pre-provision net revenue from the same quarter a year ago.
